Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping
Orders are shipped via Australia Post standard delivery (2-8 business days) or express delivery (1-3 business days) depending on your selected shipping option.

Free express shipping is offered for all orders over $100 AUD, while a flat rate for standard shipping within Australia of $10 AUD applies for orders under $100 AUD. Express shipping is $15 AUD (1-3 business days).

International Shipping
Deliveries to all other countries is via Australia Post or DHL.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes or fees that may apply upon receipt of the product. Bronzy is not responsible for any international duties and taxes or delays caused by customs.

Free standard (5-10 business days) shipping is offered for all orders over $100 AUD, while a flat rate of $15 AUD applies for orders under $100 AUD. Express shipping is $30 AUD.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom & the European Union
A flat rate of $20 AUD applies for all international orders (5-28 business days).
