Return Policy
Please note we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sale items or gift cards. At bronzy, we strive for all of our products to be delivered at the highest quality to our customers. However, if in the circumstance that your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at info@bronzy.com.au within 14 days of receiving your delivery and we will help you out. Please include your order number in the subject line along with a brief description and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
To be eligible, all returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are not available for products that have been used.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is deemed damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
